This course focuses on introducing students to the history and origins of gymnastics, its development, and the tools used in the sport. The course also focuses on teaching students how to perform basic skills, and the use of educational and training aids to help students learn and apply the skills to various gymnastics equipment for men and women, as well as providing students with special exercises to develop the physical elements required for that sport and learning the applied and educational technical foundations of some complex skills and kinetic sentences on (vault, pommel horse, parallel bars) and getting acquainted with the rules for the player, coach and referees.
